Anne C. Maness Whitney is an associate attorney with Pritzker Levine LLP. Her practice focuses on antitrust and privacy. She is currently working on In re: National Collegiate Athletic Association Athletic Grant-in-Aid Cap Antitrust Litigation, N.D. Cal. Case No. 4:14-md-02541-CW (representing current and former student-athletes in a class action alleging artificial caps on scholarships) and In re: Lenovo Adware Litigation, N.D. Cal. Case No. 5:15-md-02624-RMW (representing consumers in a class action alleging secret installation of spyware.) Before moving to California, Ms. Whitney worked as a staff attorney at Legal Aid of North Carolina, focusing on foreclosure defense and landlord/tenant law.
Ms. Whitney graduated from Duke University, earning a bachelor of arts degree in history with a political science minor. She obtained her law degree from George Mason University School of Law.
Ms. Whitney is admitted to practice in the states of California and North Carolina. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
