January 15, 2020 – Pritzker Levine LLP is pleased to announce that Bethany Caracuzzo is a new partner of the firm. A veteran litigator since 1997, Ms. Caracuzzo joined the firm’s practice in 2013, and has been active in the firm’s antitrust, consumer protection and complex trial practice. She serves as a lead attorney in several litigation matters, including Al’s Discount Plumbing, LLC v. Viega, an antitrust matter pending in the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and In Re Packaged Seafood Antitrust Litigation, a multi-district antitrust case pending in the Southern District of California. “We’re thrilled to have Bethany advance to a partner position within the firm,” says managing partner Elizabeth Pritzker. “She has long demonstrated her ability to lead and manage complex cases.
