Pritzker Levine represented several German software companies and their senior executives in a multi-national breach of contract and breach of fiduciary dispute arising from the termination of a series of business agreements. Following a two-week trial in federal court in Boston, Massachusetts, Jonathan Levine and Elizabeth Pritzker obtained a $9.4 million verdict for their clients and the dismissal of all counterclaims. Pritzker Levine also successfully defended the jury verdict after the defendant appealed to the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
