Pritzker Levine represents a proposed class of children under the age of 13 and their parents or guardians in litigation against YouTube, its parent company Google, and owners of certain YouTube channels. The case alleges that defendants collect the personal information of minors who view YouTube content geared at children, and profit off this personal information through advertising sales, in violation of law and children’s right to privacy. The litigation is currently on appeal to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
