Conner of the Middle District of Pennsylvania granted final approval to a $15 million antitrust class settlement on behalf of a multi-state class of indirect purchasers of Viega ProPress® copper press fittings. Elizabeth C. Pritzker is court-appointed co-lead counsel in the action. She and firm partner, Bethany Caracuzzo, led the firm’s prosecution of the case. In approving the settlement, at co-lead counsel’s request, Judge Conner extended the claims period for settlement claims to be filed until March 31, 2021.
