Plaintiffs Allege that Ford Motor Company Overstated Fuel Economy Ratings in New Class Action Lawsuit Filed by Pritzker Levine LLP

June 10, 2019 – According to a lawsuit filed today by Pritzker Levine LLP, Ford Motor Company deceived consumers about the fuel economy of certain Ford vehicles, including the Ranger and F-150. Pritzker Levine filed the case in the United States Court for the Eastern District of Michigan on behalf of two plaintiffs who purchased affected vehicles as well as a proposed class of affected drivers.
