February 2, 2015 (Oakland, CA) – Pritzker Levine LLP is pleased to announce that John A. Kehoe has joined the firm as Of Counsel in its New York office, representing institutional investors and individuals in securities class and non-class actions.
Over the past 18 years, Mr. Kehoe has served as a lead or co-lead counsel in a number of high-profile securities and antitrust class actions, resulting in billions of dollars of recoveries. He was previously a partner with Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check LLP, where he represented and advised some of the largest public pension funds in the United States and Europe. He was also associated with Clifford Chance LLP, a London-based global law firm, where he represented Fortune 500 companies in securities and antitrust litigation as well as enforcement actions brought by the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Federal Trade Commission. Mr. Kehoe was most recently a partner with Girard Gibbs LLP.

Mr. Kehoe is a 1997 graduate, magna cum laude, of Syracuse University College of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor of the Syracuse Law Review, Associate Member of the Syracuse Moot Court Board, and an Alternate Member on the National Appellate Team. He received his Masters of Public Administration from the University of Vermont and his undergraduate degree from DePaul University. He is admitted to the New York and Pennsylvania Bars. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Kehoe served eight years as police officer in the State of Vermont.
