March 14, 2016 – Pritzker Levine LLP has been appointed co-class counsel in the pending class action litigation alleging that CVS Pharmacy, Inc. overcharges consumers for the purchase of hundreds of commonly-prescribed generic prescription drugs.  On March 14. 2016, the Honorable Yvonne Gonzales Rogers of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California appointed the firm, along with Hausfeld, LLP and Stein Mitchell Cipollone Beato & Missner LLP to serve as interim co-class counsel for the proposed class in the litigation entitled Corcoran v. CVS Pharmacy, Inc.

As co-class counsel, Pritzker Levine will manage the efforts of plaintiffs’ attorneys with respect to all discovery proceedings, briefing and argument of all motions, and communications with defendant’s counsel.

The CVS Pharmacy litigation is brought on behalf of persons in the United States who purchased certain generic prescription drugs from a CVS Pharmacy during the period from 2000 to the present.
