November 30, 2016 – Pritzker Levine LLP announced today that it has filed a class action complaint against Mylan, the manufacturer of the EpiPen medical device that is used on an emergency basis to treat severe allergic reactions.  The complaint alleges that Mylan has engaged in monopolistic and unfair business practices by massively increasing the prices of its EpiPen products over the past few years.  The two plaintiffs named in the complaint seek class certification, a jury trial, damages and injunctive relief.  The litigation is currently pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
