March 3, 2017 – Pritzker Levine LLP announced today that it has filed a class action complaint against Qualcomm on behalf of consumers throughout the United States alleging that Qualcomm has abused is monopoly control over critical cellular and wireless technologies and caused consumers to pay more for their cellular devices. The complaint alleges that this conduct violates federal and state antitrust laws as well as state consumer protection statutes. The two plaintiffs who filed the complaint seek class certification, a jury trial, damages and injunctive relief.
The litigation is currently pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
